Most orders placed by noon CT will ship same day. In some cases, products will come from regional warehouses, adding 2 business days to shipping estimates.

Most orders ship via UPS or USPS. Heavy or large parcels may need to ship via an LTL carrier and may not be eligible for free shipping.

UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air is available for most products at checkout. We can provide detailed delivery dates for any urgent, priority parts, or "machine down" orders via email, text, or phone in advance.

Many specialized parts are subject to a 25% restocking fee from John Deere. Parts confirmed to fit your machine by a BTI Direct technician are exempt from the restocking fee. Toys and merchandise are also exempt if unused in original packaging. Return shipping fees are at the customer's expense.
