Most products can be returned within 30 days. John Deere assesses a 25% restocking fee for returned parts. Electronics (e.g. instrument panels, etc.) are non-returnable.

For returnable products, they must be returned in unused condition in the original packaging, with original labels attached. Return freight charges are at the customer's expense, and original freight charges (if applicable) cannot be refunded. Our full return and refund policy can be found here.

Sales tax is not charged on most orders outside the state of Kansas, when placed directly on bti-direct.com. Tax exempt customers may also email exemption forms to [email protected].
