Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, starting from the date when the parcel was delivered to the shipment address. Items returned outside this window may not receive refund credit. Returned parts may be subject to a 25% restocking fee and return freight is not covered. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been used or opened, unless in cases where the part number of the product received did not match the part number of the product ordered. Electronics (e.g. instrument panels), fluids, and other speciality items cannot be returned. 

Returns must be in the original shipping box, with the original freight labels intact and unobscured. The package must also contain all internal contents, including internal packaging, plastic bags, packing slips, and installation instructions. John Deere will reject any return that does not meet these criteria.

To start a return, contact us at [email protected]. After we confirm eligibility, you may ship the item back to us at your expense using a carrier of your choice. Once we receive the return and verify its condition, refunds for the original purchase price and tax, if applicable, are issued within one business day to the original payment method. Restocking fees, if applicable, will be subtracted from the refund amount. We apologize we cannot refund the original shipping fee in most cases. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted. 

Shipping Policies
From time to time, free shipping will be offered on certain products and categories. Free shipping may not apply to certain large and/or heavy items, and orders requiring LTL (less-than-truckload) delivery will not be eligible for free shipping. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue before the product is used or installed. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like batteries, filters, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and consumables (such as motor oil or other fluids). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We apologize that the original shipping charge cannot be refunded in most cases.
