Return Information
Many specialized parts are subject to a 25% restocking fee from John Deere. Parts confirmed to fit your machine by a BTI Direct technician are exempt from the restocking fee. Toys and merchandise are also exempt if unused in original packaging. Return shipping fees are at the customer's expense.
